Q: How long will therapy take?
A: The therapeutic process is different for every person. In the initial intake session, we will collaborate to create treatment goals together. Throughout the process of therapy, we will work on these goals and once the goals are coming to completion, we can discuss graduation from treatment.

Q: Is a therapy dog the same thing as a service dog, or an emotional support animal?
A: No. A service dog is a dog that is trained to support the needs of only one person, their owner/handler. An emotional support animal is an animal that provides emotional support to their owner/handler but may not have received any type of formal training to do so. A therapy dog is a dog which works in collaboration with the therapist/handler in order to provide therapeutic services to clients with whom the therapist works.
