Fees

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards via IvyPay, cash, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards as payment.

Individual Session $140/ 45 minute hour

Family Session $160/ 45 minute hour

Clinical Supervision: Individual: $110/ per 60 minute hour

Group: $65/ per person 90 minutes (min. of 3 group members)

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots per year. My sliding scale for cash pay clients begins at $70 per 45 minute hour and is based on financial need.

Insurance

I am currently an in-network provider for:

• PacificSource & PacificSource Medicare Advantage

• MODA

If you would like to use Out of Network benefits for your insurance, I can provide you with a bill for you to submit for direct reimbursement. You may be entitled to partial reimbursement for services if you have “out of network mental health benefits” for you or your child. If you are interested in using your insurance, please contact your insurance company to find out if they will cover a percentage of the cost of therapy conducted by an “out of network” therapist. 

Cancellation/ No-Show Policy

I ask that you cancel sessions at least 24 hours in advance. There is often a waitlist for session, and I will need to know in advance to notify those waiting for an available session. Sessions not canceled before the 24 hour window will result in you being charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
